Harvest

The grape berries at Château l'Eglise-Clinet were harvested from September 10th to 14th in small crates. The harvest is sequenced to pick the grapes at optimal ripeness according to the parcel.

Vinification

Olivier Gautrat, the cellar master, manages the alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic fermentation.
The extraction is gentle to promote a delicately fruity wine profile without extracting too many tannins.

Aging

The wine is aged in oak barrels, 82% of which are new.
