SHIPPING FAQ

WHERE YOUR WINES ARE STORED ?

Wines listed on maison-wineted.com are stored at our Bordeaux warehousing facility specializing in the storage of wines & spirits, or in the wineries' own cellars, in optimal preservation conditions (air-conditioned, secure warehouses)..

All orders placed on our site will be checked by us with our warehouseman in order to ensure the availability of the product. We reserve the right to modify an order with your written agreement, or to cancel an order if the product is no longer available following a sale.


CAN I ORDER SINGLE OR MIXED CASES?

We offer you the possibility of ordering one bottle of wine at a time - with no minimum order. Mixed orders are also accepted on our online wine sales site. This means you can add several references to your basket, allowing you to tantalize your taste buds by discovering and tasting different vintages and grape varieties.

The date of availability of a pre-ordered product is specified on its card on our site and in the order confirmation e-mail that you will receive (e-mail address indicated when finalizing your order) once your order has been validated..


I BOUGHT A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED? ?

We offer you the possibility of ordering both shippable and pre-order products in the same order. If your order includes a pre-order product, this product and all other products in your order will be shipped on the date on which the pre-order product becomes available, as indicated on the site. If you wish to receive the deliverable products at an earlier date, we invite you to place two separate orders.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?

If you add products to your initial order, the total amount of your order will be adjusted according to the current prices including VAT on our site, and you will be asked to pay the balance before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order cancellation request made by you.


I WISH TO OFFER WINES OR ENSURE THE PROPER CONSERVATION OF WINES IN MY CELLAR, WHAT SOLUTIONS DO YOU PROPOSE ?

Maison Wineted has conceived and designed a unique box that is entirely eco-responsible and recyclable (FSC-certified and ECF-labeled) to enhance your shopping experience. The design of this prestigious, sturdy box was created in France in collaboration with our logistics team and Siegwald Cartonnages. It has been carefully designed and prototyped to protect and elegantly present your precious bottles in transit to you or the recipient of your choice.


DELIVERY METHODS, TIMES, CONDITIONS AND COSTS ?

We offer the following delivery options for products other than pre-orders: Standard and Express.
The delivery costs applicable to your order are calculated when you finalize your order and before you pay for your order on the site (with the exception of pre-orders). We deliver on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. Delivery times are indicative and estimated from the time your order is dispatched (excluding customs delays where applicable).

Standard home delivery - Metropolitan France - 3 to 8 working days
We offer standard home delivery throughout mainland France, with no minimum purchase.

Express home delivery - mainland France - 1 to 2 working days
Express home delivery costs €25.00 including VAT, regardless of the value of your order, anywhere in mainland France. Express delivery does not apply to orders delivered outside mainland France.

Standard home delivery - European Union (EU) - 4 to 8 working days
For all orders destined for the European Union (EU), delivery costs are €25.00 including VAT, regardless of the value of your order.

Standard home delivery - DOM-TOM & International - 4 to 10 working days
For orders to French overseas departments and territories and international destinations (outside the EU), delivery costs are €29.00 including VAT, regardless of the value of your order.

Delivery to a relay point
The relay point delivery method is not currently available.

Exceptional cases 
Depending on the country of delivery, the carrier may have to deliver your order to a relay point close to your home (or to the delivery address given at the time of your order), pending collection by you or a person designated by you. This applies as soon as the carrier has made a first delivery attempt and has noted that the recipient is absent at the delivery address previously indicated by you. To collect an order from a relay point, you must show proof of identity.

Standard delivery European Union: UPS, DHL, TNT, Chronopost

DOM-TOM & International delivery: UPS, DHL, FedEx, Chronopost


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our sales and logistics department processes each order within an average of 24 hours before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are dispatched subject to wine availability and receipt of payment.

For all orders placed on our site, you will be notified by e-mail at each stage (e-mail address indicated when finalizing your order): order confirmation, order in transit then in delivery, order delivered or made available at a relay point. Please click on the link in the e-mail to track the progress of your delivery, and to access the tracking number directly on our logistics provider's platform. Our logistics team will track your order until it is delivered.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO RECEIVE MY ORDER IN GOOD STANDARD?

In order to receive your home-delivered order in the best possible conditions, please make arrangements if you need to move the parcel inside your home. Delivery is made during the day to the doorstep of your home; the delivery driver does not go upstairs.

If we need to know about any special instructions concerning your order, you can enter them in your shopping basket before checking out by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Alternatively, you can contact us at the following address : contact@mwineted.com.

All orders must be delivered to and received by a person of legal drinking age in the country of receipt. Proof of identity of the person receiving the order may be requested and presented to the carrier.

When you receive your order, if you notice any anomaly on receipt of your parcel, please make any written, complete and precise reservations (damage, damaged parcel, number of parcels affected, etc.) directly on the deliveryman's delivery note (or on his scan terminal if applicable). We recommend that you take photos and/or videos of your parcel upon receipt to confirm the damage and notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel at the following address : contact@mwineted.com.


CAN I TRUST YOU TO STORE WINES PURCHASED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
CAN I REQUEST DEFERRED DELIVERY?

You can entrust us with the storage of your wines purchased on our site. maison-wineted.com for the duration of your choice. We store your wines at our Bordeaux warehousing facility, which specializes in wine and spirits storage. Our storage service is available when you finalize and pay for your order. This service is invoiced to you after validation of your order, on a pro rata basis for the duration of storage of your wines, until you decide to have the wines delivered to your home or the address of your choice. The annual fee for storage and insurance of your wines is €1.20 per bottle.

You can access the list of your stored wines by logging on to your customer area at maison-wineted.com.

You can request delivery of your stored wines at any time via your customer area interface. Depending on the country of delivery indicated by you when requesting shipment of your stored wines, delivery charges may apply (see section 'Delivery methods, times, conditions and charges'). Where applicable, payment of delivery charges will be required prior to shipment of your wines.
