Conditions climatiques
Le millésime 2025 se caractérise par une saison chaude et sèche, ponctuée d’épisodes climatiques marquants. Si ces conditions ont permis un état sanitaire remarquable, elles ont également mis la vigne sous tension. Dans ce contexte exigeant, l’écoute du vignoble et la précision dans la conduite des maturités se sont révélées déterminantes.
Le vignoble en 2025
Au Château Pavie, les capacités de régulation de notre terroir se sont pleinement exprimées, permettant d’atteindre des équilibres rares. La dégustation révèle un caractère à la fois ample et ciselé, où richesse et concentration s’accordent avec tension et finesse.
Vendanges
Les vendanges ont débutés le 15 septembre et se sont terminées le 26 septembre.

Histoire et anecdotes
In 1998, Gerard Perse acquired Château Pavie. Major investments began in the Château in order to give its reputation back. Michel Rolland acted as consulting oenologist and the architect Alberto Pinto redesigned the estate. In 2012, the excellence of Château Pavie became well-known thanks to its promotion and “A” classification as Premier Grand Cru in the Saint-Emilion appellation.
Since antiquity, the estate has been well-known for its fruit production, especially the Pavie peaches. The Château was named after them.
