CHATEAU D'ARMAILHAC, 2001

PAUILLLAC

"The 2001 d'Armailhac immediately impresses more on the nose compared to the 2000 vintage, offering darker, more vibrant, and blacker fruits than the previous harvest. It presents a greater concentration of fruit and much more intensity. The medium-bodied palate reveals juicy dark fruits mixed with notes of seaweed and orange peel. A beautiful underlying saline touch brings tension towards the finish." - Vinous
