History and anecdotes
Château Canon, situé à Saint-Émilion, est la propriété de la famille Wertheimer depuis 1996. C’est l’une des propriétés les plus prestigieuses et anciennes de l'appellation.
Le domaine a été intégré au classement officiel des crus de Saint-Émilion de 2012 en tant que Premier Grand Cru Classé B.
Château Canon doit son nom à Jacques Canon marin et corsaire du Roi qui était le propriétaire du domaine au XVIIIème siècle.
