History and anecdotes
Founded in the 17th century, Château Troplong Mondot is located in the Saint-Émilion appellation and is a Premier Grand Cru Classé. With its 33 hectares of land, it is one of the largest estates in the Saint-Émilion appellation. In 2017, the former CEO of Cos d'Estournel, Aymeric de Gironde, took over the presidency of the board of directors with the goal of making Château Troplong Mondot one of the world's finest grands crus.
