History and anecdotes
Chateau Giscours is located in the Medoc in the Margaux appellation, it is classified 3rd great growth in 1855. In 1995, the Albada Jelgersma family acquired a stake in Château Giscours, which had been owned by the Tari family since 1954. Since then, the management is ensured by the businessman Eric Albada Jelgersma. The foundation of the Giscours estate dates back to the 14th century, when it was only a fortified keep.
