History and anecdotes

Located in the Pauillac appellation, Château Haut-Batailley is a prestigious wine estate whose excellence has been maintained by the Cazes family since 2017. This Left Bank estate is classified as a 5th Grand Cru in the official 1855 classification. The gravelly terroir and a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon in the grape composition give the wines complexity, structure, and elegance.
