Histoire et anecdotes

Located on the left bank of the Gironde River and planted on the prestigious Médoc terroir, Château Brane Cantenac is a second growth classified in 1855. Since 1922, the château has belonged to the Lurton family. The 75 hectares are in conversion, with 20% already cultivated using organic farming methods.
