Boërl & Kroff was founded by Stéphane Sésé and Patrick Sabaté who were on a quest to find a Champagne reflecting the essence of the absolute beauty, sublime in the inside like in the outside, the edible French craft excellence materialisation. In order to make their dream come true, they surrounded themselves with the best craftspersons and went into partnership with Drappier in order to bring a perfect Champagne to life, uncompromisingly, such as a great long ageing wine. Champagnes are numbered, only produced in magnum or in higher formats, and during exceptional years.
