History and anecdotes
The Maison Selosse in Champagne, in Avize, was founded at the end of the Second World War by Jacques Selosse. In 1980, Anselme Selosse took over the reins to leave them to his son Guillaume in 2018. The interpretation of the champagnes by Maison Selosse is the result of a long reflection initiated by Anselme Selosse. The vinification is based on the principle of maturing in solera, the oldest vintages educate the most recent.
