Histoire et anecdotes
Salon was founded by the visionary Eugène-Aimé Salon in 1921. Born in Champagne, Aimé Salon began a dynamic career in fur trading. Epicurean, he dreamt of his own Champagne, the nicest that ever existed, a singular and unique wine. He identified the best soils and started the production of the first Blanc de Blanc. At the end of the war, he wanted his friends to enjoy his wine and that is why he founded Salon.
