" Dégorgé en mai 2015, le Blanc de Blancs 2007 (dosage Brut) de Delamotte, de couleur blanche dorée, s'ouvre sur un bouquet pur, frais, intense et fumé/calcaire avec des arômes de fruits blancs, des saveurs d'orange/citron, de brioche, de noix et de caramel. Pur, frais et élégant en bouche, c'est un Chardonnay de la Côte des Blancs concentré, complexe et juteux mais fin et tendu. Il est serré mais crémeux et harmonieux et révèle des saveurs concentrées de jus de citron dans la longue finale minérale. " - Robert Parker

Delamotte sister house of Salon was founded in 1760 by François Delamotte. We can find the family motto in the Salon and Delamotte Champagnes’ spirit: “Vive et me ama” : “Live and Love me”.
