Histoire et anecdotes
Fondé au XIXe siècle, le Château Chasse-Spleen est localisé dans l'appellation Moulis-en-Médoc de Bordeaux avec un terroir composé principalement de graves et d'argiles. Les vins sont réalisés à base de Cabernet Sauvignon et de Merlot. Le domaine se distingue par son nom poétique faisant référence à la littérature française, notamment au poète Baudelaire.
