History and anecdotes
Four years of research in China were necessary before finding the ideal terroir to create the unique Ao Yun wine. It is produced in the foothills of the Himalayas not far from the Mekong River between 2,200 and 2,600 meters above sea level on some thirteen hectares divided into 320 parcels in four small villages Sinong, Xidang, Shuri and Adong.
