MAISON SALON
Salon was founded by the visionary Eugène-Aimé Salon in 1921. Born in Champagne, Aimé Salon began a dynamic career in fur trading. Epicurean, he dreamt of his own Champagne, the nicest that ever existed, a singular and unique wine. He identified the best soils and started the production of the first Blanc de Blanc. At the end of the war, he wanted his friends to enjoy his wine and that is why he founded Salon.

MAISON DELAMOTTE
Older, Delamotte sister house of Salon was founded in 1760 by François Delamotte. We can find the family motto in the Salon and Delamotte Champagnes’ spirit: “Vive et me ama” : “Live and Love me”. Salon and Delamotte have belonged to the Laurent-Perrier Group since 1988.
