MAISON BOLLINGER
Founded in Aÿ in 1829, Bollinger is an independant and family house. It was created when Athanase de Villermont (aristocrat and owner of vines in Champagne), Joseph Bollinger (German wine merchant) and Paul Renaudin (from Champagne and passionate about wine) met. In 1837, Joseph Bollinger married Louise-Charlotte, Anthanase’s daughter, and his descendants took over the House until 2007. Nowadays, the House is run by Charles-Armand de Belenet.
