WINEMAKING The vinification is made separately for each variety. The yeasts are indigenous. The maceration is long. The assembly is made directly in tank. The maturation lasts 24 months in barrels. The wine is bottled without filtering.

History and anecdotes
A true Languedoc icon, the Grange des Pères estate was founded by Laurent Vaillé in 1992. Laurent Vaillé was a talented winemaker who took the Languedoc region into another dimension. The Grange des Pères wine seduces with its atypical blend of syrah, mourvèdre and cabernet-sauvignon. It has quickly become a rare and coveted wine, and is considered by wine lovers and collectors as one of the wines to drink at least once in a lifetime.
